Privacy Policy
Effective Date: April 29, 2026
Core Properties TX (“we,” “us,” or “our”) respects your privacy and is committed to protecting the personal information you share with us. This Privacy Policy explains what we collect, how we use it, who we share it with, and the choices you have. By using corepropertiestx.com or contacting us, you agree to the practices described below.
1. Information We Collect
Information you provide to us — when you fill out a contact form, request a consultation, sign up for property alerts, comment on a blog post, or message us through any channel, we collect the information you submit. This typically includes:
- Name
- Email address
- Phone number
- Property preferences, budget range, and timeline (when relevant to your inquiry)
- Any messages or notes you choose to share
Information collected automatically — when you visit the site, we automatically collect technical data such as:
- IP address and approximate location
- Browser type and version, device type, operating system
- Pages viewed, time on site, referring URL, and clickstream activity
- Cookie identifiers (see Section 4 below)
2. How We Use Your Information
- Respond to your inquiries and provide real estate services (buyer representation, seller representation, tenant representation, market analyses)
- Match you with relevant properties or neighborhoods based on your stated preferences
- Send transactional communications (consultation confirmations, document requests, closing coordination)
- Send periodic market updates, listing alerts, or newsletters where you have opted in (you can unsubscribe at any time)
- Improve site performance and content based on aggregate usage analytics
- Comply with legal, tax, and Texas Real Estate Commission record-keeping obligations
3. Sharing With Third Parties
We do not sell your personal information. We share information only with service providers and partners that help us operate the business, and only to the extent necessary:
- Customer relationship management (GoHighLevel / GHL) — for storing and routing your contact information so the right agent can follow up
- Google Analytics 4 (GA4) — for aggregate site usage measurement
- Email and SMS providers — to deliver communications you have requested or opted into
- WordPress / hosting providers — for site infrastructure, security, and backups
- Lender, title, inspection, and other transaction partners — only when you have an active transaction with us and shared information is necessary to close that transaction
- Legal authorities — when required by subpoena, court order, or applicable law
All third-party providers are bound by confidentiality and data-use limitations.
4. Cookies and Tracking
We use cookies and similar tracking technologies to remember your preferences, measure site traffic, and understand which content is useful. Cookies fall into three categories:
- Essential cookies — required for the site to function (e.g., session identifiers, form submissions)
- Analytics cookies — set by Google Analytics to track aggregate, de-identified site usage
- Functional cookies — remember your preferences (e.g., language, last neighborhood viewed)
You can control cookies through your browser settings. Disabling cookies may limit some site functionality. We do not currently respond to “Do Not Track” signals because no consistent industry standard has been adopted.
5. Your Choices and Rights
- Access and correction — you can request a copy of the personal information we hold about you, and ask us to correct anything inaccurate.
- Deletion — you can request deletion of your information, subject to record-keeping obligations imposed by the Texas Real Estate Commission and IRS for closed transactions.
- Opt out of marketing — every marketing email contains an unsubscribe link. You can also reply STOP to any SMS marketing message.
- Texas, California, and similar state-law rights — residents of states with consumer privacy laws (TX HB 4, CCPA/CPRA, etc.) have the right to know what categories of information are collected, request deletion, and opt out of any “sale” or “sharing.” We do not sell or share personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising.
To exercise any of these rights, email support@corepropertiestx.com. We will verify your identity before fulfilling the request and respond within 30 days.
6. Data Retention and Security
We retain personal information only as long as needed for the purposes described above or to meet legal obligations. Closed transaction records are typically retained for at least four (4) years per Texas Real Estate Commission rules. We use reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards to protect your information, but no system is perfectly secure. If we ever experience a breach affecting your personal information, we will notify you as required by Texas law.
7. Children’s Privacy
Our services are not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has submitted information through our site, please contact us so we can delete it.
8. Updates to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The “Effective Date” at the top will reflect the most recent revision. Material changes will be communicated through the site or by email if we have your address.
